Be a lasting part of the Broussard Veterans Memorial at St. Julien Park. Use this form to honor a veteran, recognize a family, or submit business recognition information for an eligible brick tier.

What Are You Purchasing?

Tier 1 and Tier 2 pavers are set at the branch pillars and branch tablets, so each branch has its own stock. Pick the branch the paver is for.

Brick Personalization

Each brick carries three lines of up to 18 characters per line, including spaces: Line 1 the name, Line 2 rank, branch and years of service, Line 3 the tour of duty or conflict.

Line 1 — maximum 18 characters including spaces.

Rank, branch and years of service are engraved together on Line 2 — 18 characters in total, including spaces. Example: CPL USMC 1937-41. Military rank and insignia charts: veteran.com/military-ranks-insignia-charts

For example 1937-41.

Line 3 — for example Vietnam. Maximum 18 characters.

Medals

Medals are engraved as symbols after the three lines and do not use any of the 18 characters. Any medal adds a flat $25 surcharge per brick, however many medals are added (plaques excluded). Need more than one of a medal? Say so in Order Notes.

Tier 3 Business Recognition

If purchasing a Tier 3 brick, enter the business name — maximum 18 characters.

Family Name

Tier 5 places a family name on the donation plaque rather than on a paver.

For a Tier 4 family-name brick or a Tier 5 Family Plaque name plate — maximum 18 characters.

Payment Information

Payment is made online in the next step, immediately after you submit this form. IMPORTANT: All orders are void without payment. We do not accept cash or checks as payment for the Veterans Memorial.
