The City of Broussard, the Broussard Fire Department, and Our Lady of Lourdes are hosting a blood drive on January 26th to benefit Firefighter Alex Bourque, who is battling bone cancer. This blood drive will help offset his medical expenses. Alex is in his 20s, married with two children, including a 5-month old. As a firefighter, Alex has gone above and beyond for others, without hesitation. Let us all give whatever support we are able to give to support him and his family in their time of need.
