The Retail Ready Initiative is a collaborative effort among the City of Broussard, the Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA), and the Broussard Economic Development Commission (BEDC) to identify strategically located sites which are then expedited for restaurant and retail development. Detailed information about each Retail Ready Zone, including relevant property and zoning details, available incentives and demographic information, is housed on Broussard Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) website and is available online for interested investors.
